As we continue to evolve into a product-led SaaS business, we are looking for an exceptional Director of Operations & Product to help shape how the business operates, scales and delivers innovation.
The role
As our Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering product development and customer implementation projects across our growing event technology platform. You'll sit at the centre of Operations, Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial teams, ensuring projects move smoothly from concept through to successful delivery.
You'll own project planning, sprint coordination, stakeholder communication, resource management and delivery timelines while helping remove blockers and ensuring teams remain aligned around priorities. You'll balance multiple projects simultaneously, keeping both internal teams and customers informed while maintaining a relentless focus on quality, delivery and customer outcomes.
Our software is used by global brands across the media, broadcast, tech and aviation spaces, and by organisers and events agencies worldwide. As a result, you'll regularly collaborate with customer-facing teams and occasionally customers themselves, helping ensure projects are delivered to an exceptional standard.
You will join a rapidly growing business entering an exciting phase of expansion supported by significant investment, ambitious product development and a highly collaborative team.
Our headquarters are based in Maidenhead with flexible hybrid working available. There will also be opportunities to travel internationally to support customer deployments, major events and strategic client meetings.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple software development and customer implementation projects simultaneously.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and delivery roadmaps.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and backlog refinement.
- Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to prioritise work and manage delivery expectations.
- Identify project risks early and proactively remove blockers.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, scope and resources where required.
- Ensure requirements are clearly documented and translated into actionable development tasks.
- Coordinate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate customer onboarding and implementation activities alongside Customer Success.
- Monitor project health using KPIs, reporting progress to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvements to project delivery processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a consistently high quality.
- Support product launches and coordinate cross-functional go-live activities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation using collaboration tools.
Skill set
Project Management
- Strong experience managing software or digital product projects.
- Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with technical teams, customers and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
Delivery
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies and change requests.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Collaboration
- Experience working alongside Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and Customer Success teams.
- Comfortable facilitating workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder meetings.

Knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs and software development lifecycles would be highly advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years' experience delivering digital, SaaS or software projects.
- Project Management certification (PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master or PMP) is desirable but not essential.
